Dennis Tanaruno is the founder and principal architect of Tano Technology, an engineering consultancy that designs enterprise AI systems, real-time data platforms and cloud infrastructure for clients in technology, finance, real estate and energy.
Over more than ten years he has built and operated mission-critical backend services, petabyte-scale streaming pipelines and multi-cloud platforms at Amazon, Cisco Systems and GEICO, and led data, integration and infrastructure engagements for Zayo Group, Experion Technologies, Parsley Energy, Hilcorp Oil & Gas, Lewis Energy Group, Stonebridge Consulting, Kestra Financial, Preferred Strategies and David Weekley Homes. Recent work includes on-premises SQL Server to Azure migrations, systems integration tooling and financial data platforms.
Through Tano Technology he also builds in-house AI products: VerifyMate.ai, a real-time fact-checking and deepfake-detection app; JournalMate.ai, an AI journaling companion; and PromptELT.ai, natural-language database and ELT tooling.
